Lands' End Women's Soft Knit Pajama Set - Long Sleeve Sleep Shirt & Comfort Pants for Cozy Nights and Relaxing at Home

I love Landsend for their quality products, fair prices and great customer service. I bought these because they're 95% cotton which I enjoy wearing instead of synthetic fabrics which tend to make me hot when I sleep. When they arrived I loved the feel of them-the fabrics is medium weight and feels very soft. However when I tried them on they were so large. I bought my usual size-medium regular length-I'm 5'5" and weight about 150. Not only were they very large but they were super long. So I gave that set to my tall daughter and ordered a petite medium and they were also super large. So I'll return these and try the small, petite. I'm wondering if something is off in the sizes. I really want to like these because the price is good and the quality is as well.
