I'm not sure if these would make the best pajamas. This material is similar to rayon and probably not the best choice for sleeping. I certainly would not wear something similar to bed. I actually ordered these to make a gingerbread man costume.They also run VERY small. My 3.5 year old is under the 5th percentile for height and weight. He wears 24/2T. I ordered the 3T and it looks like a unitard on him.Aside from that, worked fine for what I needed when there was nothing else remotely available to make an inexpensive costume.
